I've never once watched a super bowl for the sport. I generally hate football. I always watched for the commercials. Even today, I don't care about the game. I look forward to hanging out with family, friends, eating, drinking, having a party, and seeing what hilarious or crazy commercials are released.

It's a marketing frenzy because it's the most watched football event of the year. Or any TV show for that matter.
