Just like nostr has relays, invidious has public instances you can use: https://docs.invidious.io/instances/ (or run your own). So none of your data feeds google - if there are no malicious instances anyway.

If you want to automatically redirect and optionally rotate instances you can use something like libredirect: https://libredirect.github.io/
