Yup, pretty much. I was my parents' live-in IT guy as a teen, then I set up remote access so I could help them out after I moved out. LOL

Now it's my wife and kids that just shout "DAAAAAAD!" whenever they mess something up and need me to fix it, or more often the case, they just can't figure out how to do something...
