Going through that with #[6]​ right now, at 42. Slowly changing eating habits and getting more exercise. We’re both in better shape now than we’ve been in a while, but still have a ways to go.

I wish there was a way to describe the energy change that takes place not only within your body but also your mind after you make the transition cuz if everyone could feel it for themselves they'd ditch the garbage too.

Sugar addiction is real.

Sugar & Carbs both addicting.

Fantastic and always better with your spouse/family. Health is the best gift you can give yourself.

It’ll be even easier when the weather is nice enough to start taking out dog on hour-long walks again.
