I just had a look at that thunderbolts project... I think i found it years ago but forgot what it was called anyway it looks interesting so thanks for pointing that out. A lot of this stuff seems to relate to things on plasma physics too, A New Science of Heaven by Robert Temple has a lot about plasma and other non typical seemly electrical related phenomena in it too. Definitely worth a read
