Funny u mention that because I love the sun ☀️ and here lately have been trying to get tons of it on purpose. But I did hear something about the radiation ☢️
I think it’s great for you in small doses maybe
🤔 like soak up the sun in the early morning and late evenings for like 2 or 3 hours
And try to limit middle exposure?
