The only reason Satoshi hasn't won a Nobel Prize in Economics & the Nobel Peace Prize is because mainstream thinking is so narrow-minded & sterile that they *still* don't understand that what Satoshi invented is the biggest breakthrough for both categories in 500 yrs.

That and the Nobel committee seems to have become very political. I doubt they want to award someone so disruptive to the economic status quo and powers-that-be.

The most important thing is that Nakamoto or whoever created Bitcoin is a matter of, as you say, progress, different, without social or political intervention. It's not progressive or communist, and the government is bothered by it. He took a huge step forward, giving us the opportunity to develop.
