Clear everything vs clear the current window.

So if you've put in already 1+2+3+ and you go to type 4 but mistype it as 5, C will clear the 5 and let you type 4 again and =, giving you 10 on the screen.

CE would clear the whole computation so far, and if you typed 4=, you'd just see 4.
