Working out at 92% humidity in the garage gym. Not even my big ass fan can make that feel good.
These past few weeks I put the big fan at maximum speed right in front of the spinning bike. It helps slightly
I have a mini split with a control unit in the master and the living room and keep it nice a cool. Never had a mini split and never slept better 👌

Oh that’s an AC. I have one. The outside unit is on the roof. Doesn’t reach the bedroom though 😬
These have a heating function too. They’re amazing technology.
Ah so similar to a heat pump. Transfers heat from indoor to outdoor. Used for heating and cooling. When I got the AC I hesitated between ac and heat pump. The heating was already pretty good and the house is well insulated. Doesn’t take much to heat it well.
