Das beste ist, wie sie das platzen der Immobilienblase einem „Bauscham“ zuschreiben. NEIN?! Ich kann mir einfach trotz Studium, Ausbildung und mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung keine Immobilie leisten. Weder Einfamilienhaus noch Wohnung. Und ich würde ja sogar versuchen das Haus so gut wie möglich Klimaneutral zu bauen. Vllt ist da dann auch noch n Miner mit drin, wenn der Strom vom Dach kommt.
