Primal for Android 1.0 is here!

This is another incremental release of our Android app, but we finally reached the milestone where it is stable and feature-complete enough that we can call it v1.0 with a straight face. Here’s what’s new in build 1.0.3:

- Settings: ability to reorder feeds

- Media uploads: show upload progress

- Note editor: camera command added

- Network settings: enhanced privacy

- Network settings: set caching service

- Stability improvements
