Thanks. I know there are resources out there and I do not expect them to all be equal quality. I appreciate the specific suggestion. đź«‚

from personal experience, ive read dozens of books and watched countless videos on meditation…no one way that was modeled worked for me completely. there’s a lot of trial & error and seeing what works for you. stick with it, keep an open mind & you’ll find something that jives with you. good luck!

Yup. There is no "rulebook" for meditation. The idea is utilizing stillness in order to shift your Consciousness and vibration. Meditation is fundamental for raising your Consciousness (we are Universal Beings) and greatly activates your LightBody.

I learned from a 10 day Vipassana course and have found that it works for me. It is an intensive course but well worth it if you put the effort in. I continue taking courses, self-practice and reading. Just finished a 20 day course and hoping to sit 30 days next year. More info at https://www.dhamma.org/en-US/index or you can read the Art of Living by William Hart to get an idea of what to expect during a10 day course - free pdf download available here: https://store.pariyatti.org/art-of-living-all-languages-pdf-ebooks-vipassana

You can also meditate with some multidimensional light-encoded works such as this, from my Soul sister Lois, a brilliant Ascension guide
