This is a recipe for metabolic illness.

Sugar should be avoided at all costs.

Grains should be heavily restricted to small portions not more than 2 days a week. Eating no grains at all would be best.

Saturated animal fats should be your primary energy source.

Meat, eggs, and dairy should make up at least 80% of your diet.

A salad once or twice a week to scrub out your plumbing is good, but there is really very little nutritional value in plant based foods compared to animal sourced foods.

If you factor in cost: a diet based around beans and greens is much more nutrient dense per dollar spent. That diet also doesn't add a bunch of refined carbohydrates, which I agree are to be strongly avoided.

Beans and greens lack essential amino acids and cholesterol.

I spend on average about $80-100 a week on groceries for just myself, but it's hard to put a price on good health.

The amino acids point is false and our bodies produce cholesterol from fatty acids. It's trivially easy to get enough of each essential amino acid with a balanced diet of beans and vegetables.

Governments and big pharmaceutical companies want a population that is sick and dependent. It’s self preservation. They will never change.
