Don’t worry to be angry on inanimate objects. I have the same issue and I have regrets that sometimes I overeact to my wife or children.
So I kind of actively seek out the opportunities to let some steam go on those situations without hurting the actual living beings.
Good thing is you are aware of it.
Punching bag?
Cardio?
Intense workout?
