Intuiton never lies...

"Cillian Murphy believes that instinct is life’s truest compass. He says that sometimes the mind overthinks, overanalyzes, and rationalizes everything until it kills the truth that already lives inside you. Intellect can justify anything—but instinct never lies. He reminds us to trust that quiet pull inside. The feeling that something’s right, even when you can’t explain why. That’s your deeper wisdom talking—the voice that existed long before doubt or logic ever showed up. Every time you ignore it, you move further from who you really are. Every time you follow it, even when it’s uncertain or uncomfortable, you come closer to alignment. Murphy’s message is simple but powerful: stop outsourcing your truth to reason or approval. The mind might hesitate, but the heart already knows. The next time you find yourself stuck between logic and instinct, choose what feels right—not what sounds right. Do you still listen to your gut, or have you learned to silence it?"

#GentleReminder

Difficulty is 'hearing' it within a cacophany of distraction.

For that we have grounding. That's why is important to go into the wild, shut down distractions and listen, not with the mind, but with the heart.

In a frenetik world a luxury indeed...

If we find time to go to social media or even to other endless pleasures, may we also find time to do grounding. We can also go into the wild and turn off distractions by meditation. We can close our eyes and imagine we are there. A wonderful tool.

discovering how to be still amid the cocophany, instantly...

I think each and one of us have to discover what works ....its not that difficult I think ...some will need more discipline than others. Some will do it by default, some will, if playing attention, discover what bring them to that place of stillness, and discipline themselfs to go there, whenever they need.

One can not rely on the wild, alas. How to ground without? This causes me to recall "go into thy cell and it shall teach thee!" .
