the previous owners did a “wish/wayfare” remodel. the shower drain dislodged after fiver years. no damage but i just haven had time to get to it

I just moved into an old apartment. Trying to spruce it up a bit (finished painting the kitchen cabinets last week, and am gonna replace the broken blinds on the sliding doors with frosted film next weekend).
Glad I don't own it... I would want to be spending lots of $$$. Lol.
Cupboard doors missing, hole around chandelier over table. Cupboard doors missing.
Stuff like that in some of our bedrooms. For almost a decade 😃
