I love your recipe, yet my edits would be, *honey, not brown sugar, less of it can be used, to keep it from being too sweet. Also, I find Colavita to be too sweet, so I prefer a more savory balsamic. Full disclosure, *we’re beekeepers, so honey is our thing!

Man am I jealous of home made honey!
I try to buy local organic unprocessed honey whenever I get a chance. The taste is just so head and shoulder above that of the basic grocery store honey.
No doubt! We got into beekeeping for the health benefits of local, raw honey, not because we thought we’d make bank. Turned into a profitable business because of the reasons stated above by you, me, and a lot of others who care what they put in their systems. Thanks for the comments ♡
