Your strategy makes sense. I know it's unpopular af here, but I'm personally open to using altcoins like Monero for everyday transactions since you are still fully sovereign (or even Litecoin or Bcash) rather than custodial or permissioned L2s

Rarely see Bitcoiners truly open to their views and thoughts changing, so respect.

Yea, I didn't think you did.

I guess that's where the division comes from. There are Bitcoiners willing to use things that are custodial and permissioned, even at the expense of entire value prop of Bitcoin, as long as they share price

Then there is another group that are not partial and just care about the original spirit of sovereign transactions, will use whatever that happens to be, and don't care if it has the Bitcoin name attached to it
