Nightmarish scenario. Homeschoolers use their own hard-earned resources and scarce time to provide a learning atmosphere for their children. They are then demanded to split that time by meeting the arbitrary demands of outsiders who have a money printer and scores of petty childless beaurocrats. Then when they ultimately fail to live up to those demands (by having to do two full-time jobs simultaneously) the beaurocrats say "See?! We told you they can't do it on their own!"
