What one do you use at the moment. I use FitBod - must say it’s pretty darn good! I just walk into gym and it tells me what to do based on least use muscle groups.

I used bodyspace for years but it’s clunky and doesn’t even work anymore. Then I went to Ryse and it’s pretty solid.

I haven’t tried FitBid. I’ll check it out.

Yes, exactly. Own your own data. Nostr seems like an easy fix and easy to implement.
