The universe had been really kind to me in 2025. As I carry that privilege into the new year, it's only fair that I make a resolution that everyday I will:
1. Workout for 5 min.
2. Meditate for 10 min.
3. Spend 5 min in nature.
4. Eat and sleep a bit better.
5. Reflect and write one line in my journal.
6. Replace 10 min of doomscrolling with creating something and reading.
7. Remember to let go of perfection and grudges.
