foraging! Very fun what did you find?
Went out with high hopes for mushrooms, came home with an abundance of asparagus. Spring is late here this year.

White asparagus? No. Only the green & purple grow wild around here. I have no idea where the white thrives
Well I just learned that the white is actually just the green but grown in the dark, so it would be possible to find wild but extremely rare I suppose 😅

But definitely wont find that in the wild but trust me on this one its a must try in season for only a short time
