Tips for itchy dry scalp?

I wash my hair 2-3 times a week (Please don’t give me the “don’t wash your hair” speech, I work in a dirty environment most of the time and NEED to wash my hair) with Head & Shoulders and I condition on the same frequency as well.

Anyone?

Dang this reminds me of the easiest way to get the right answer on the internet is to reply to your own question with the wrong answer! 😂

Idk but I tried a baking soda/water paste, work that in and then rinse with apple cider vinegar, couple times a week maybe.
