So let’s say in a very high fee environment it’s unfeasible for you to open a lightning channel to pull sats from an e cash mint (assuming you don’t have a lightning channel open yet). Could just pay another mint to do it for you and they take a % cut and pay you out with e cash tokens they minted instead?
