IMHO we need a client side flag "nsfw" which can be assigned manually for a followed account. It is easy to mark all of them. Images and videos from those accounts should not be automatically preloaded.

What is they post a mix of normie stuff and nsfw? Do you blur their day to day photos as well?

I suppose it would blur everything and maybe provide a notice "You've marked this account as potentially NSFW. Viewer discretion is advised."

It would be an optional feature that gives the client more control.
