Love rhubarb! Sadly it doesn't grow well in Tennessee. We have to go up north and beg family to pick some and freeze it for us.

Chopping and freezing it works great for baked dishes like pies and rhubarb sauce what part of Tennessee? I'm near Nashville about an hour west (Dickson county TN)
