Question:

If I understand this sequence correctly the money becomes spendable by Anchorwatch and Coincorner *before* reverting to unilateral self custody?

If so I really don't like this. I mean there's nothing technically stopping Anchorwatch from just refusing to co-sign any withdrawals and then rugging the vault after 335 days.

Is there any reasons why the last two steps couldn't happen in reverse order? I.E as the policy has expired you can then withdraw unilaterally. If you still don't move the money yourself or collaborate to roll it over to a new timelock, only then can Anchorwatch move it I.E for inheritance or to recover from loss of all 3 keys.

If I misunderstood something feel free to correct me.

You’re covered in the event we collude at day 335 (the policy is still active).

We are internally testing a vault right now which does exactly as you’re asking, switching the sovereign layer and recovery layer.

That's great to hear! A slightly better unilateral exit option from my side as the customer would be reassuring.
