2 meals usually. Ideally ~11 or 12:00 & 4:00 but they often end up a little more spread out. Some days end up being OMAD days because I ate later or ate more than normal or just did less & didn’t get hungry again. 🤷
I’d be fine to do OMAD all the time except that it’s just difficult to consume enough food in one sitting to be satiated for 24 hrs. 2 meals is pretty easy tho.
