Simple Login solves this. Every person/entity gets a different email address but they arrive at the same place and I can reply from them. I can turn them off or delete.

I literally get an email everyday from a water filter company claiming that today's offer is about to permanently and forever be gone, but I literally get that email everyday. Even if its the best filter in the world, I will never buy something from this company.
