Hmm I'm looking for an ant miner s9 (or something similar affordable) to do some #homemining.

Would like to control it with #HomeAssistant to play with mining on my solar sur-plus.

Last year S9's seem easy to find, but can't really find them now.

Any tips? Easiest for me is that the miner supports #Braiins.

Get a S9, install Braiins OS on it and integrate it in Home Assistant with: https://github.com/Schnitzel/hass-miner

Regarding where to buy the S9, you can still find them on eBay:

PS: do a little bit of seller research before buying, of course.

Nice, have similar plans when I move soon. Isn't the fan noise going to be an issue?

You can silence it by changing the fan etc. (But have to look into that still)
