oh man, it's easy to do but takes dedication. it takes time to get it going. I can't remember what website I used when I got started since it was a long time ago but this article seems good

When I lost mine several years ago I used his. It worked like a charm.

I just used the King Arthur baking recipe for maintaining since I got discard from my sister. And I'm proud to say mine survived when she killed hers and I had to give her some discard to restart ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŽ‰.
