My husband nostr:npub1pmhevxtlt3478pvmdqt7dftnv6zc2mzpdc569yjm6ks4k2jhezcs53uksr & I were already doing this podcast when we got the idea. We have been thinking about all of the features of our app for a year and believe it can solve other problems we experience on the protocol and legacy social media. The special sauce is our business model but lots of other cool features we're excited about. We talk about it now on our pod, which is generally about Bitcoin adoption. We think nostr:npub17vscfmnmshfdw68llhduxtr4h0kkmyhzm4phzs40t3gqsmguz7lsak66ne will aid in both Bitcoin and Nostr adoption for the Early Majority.

Appreciate you guys trying to move the space forward. However I have no interest as do many people I know being bombarded with advertises regardless of getting sats for it. Just not interested. It’s a run for the hills from me

And that's ok. You can still keep tabs on us and hopefully eventually use it for our other features.

It is an opt-in ad experience!

You don't need to watch them for this business model to work. Only some people need to watch. That's how we'll fund what it costs to run a really cool 🤗 social media app.

Also ads only show every time there is a new block on the Blockchain. About every 10 minutes or so. But again, not everyone needs to watch the ads for this to work.

The cool part though is that if you do participate in the Attention Marketplace every 10 minutes or so you'll make sats to zap out. That way you don't have to dip into your own stack when you're playing on social media. This is a circular economy!
