This is just using electricity from the generator for electrolysis on the water and then converting back to electricity. Sorry to burst your bubble but net power is not created in the reaction, it is not self sustaining. It would be far more efficient to just use the electricity from the generator.
This is fake. Misinformation. It is part of an operation to inoculate the public against real innovation.
