I wrote a story on the plane and GrapheneOS' aggressive background task management halted Amethyst while deplaning. Upon reload, no draft, dust in the wind. Seems like drafts should be cached on device as first priority, and published as draft notes as second priority. That does not seem to be what has happened here.

That's the issue then, drafts get saved in relays, and if all relays are remote, then it won't work offline.
From a usability standpoint, this is atrocious.
