They are using bostr to spam all public relays
my nontechnical recommendation is to find & kill them in a duel
I’ll happily go in the boxing ring with the spammer (I’m already there digitally as a public relay operator)

Relays can but all relays would have to do that. If you run a centralized relay for your users like primal does you can censor and clean up this stuff automatically.
For nostr clients that talk to more than one relay, you have to be more clever and used techniques like WoT, paid relays, and more clever clientside anti-spam algos
