These clients need a settings/gear icon to let users change stuff instead of guessing UX
Zaps still blow my mind.

Can have little tool tip pop up helpers eventually
a little action sheet that branches the flow wouldn’t be too offensive imo. it’s one extra tap but feels light weight.
i’m not a big fan of explaining UI but i think it might be necessary with current approach.
i get the custom zap screen for both quick tap & long tap on the zap ⚡️ button.
