Your BIP39 seed is interchangeable between hardware wallets.
You Jade device can connect to Green or Sparrow.
You shouldn't need to import your private keys. Just use your hardware device with Sparrow to sign a transaction.
Otherwise you should use Sparrow offline with psbt.
