Damn Lightning fees are so fucking high on Phoenix. I sent 10,000 sats and only received 8,696. Are we really pushing this recommendation to noobies? I get that self custodial is important but I don't want to rob anyone either......

The upgrade is a major step backward. Absolutely brutal.
Its the only self custody wallet that got thier shit together hahah. They have a great interview on YouTube on why and how they netter than the rest. Also if you open a big channel and move back to cold storage you wont have crazy fees also if you send on-chain to Phoenix they will charge you a gee to convert to lightning
