How's your Wednesday night going? I'm building a Lightning node Ring of Fire with Nostriches that are fairly new to the #Lightning network, opening up their first sets of channels. This is how we facilitate the use of Lightning as a global payments network. We educate, we complain how channel management and liquidity management is a pain in the ass, then we open up channels with them anyways, so that they can feel our pain and participate. 🤙

I did my first try of Radio channel, shilling songs on nostrnests.com and having so much fun with some #nostriches that were there baring the wrong shifts and miscellaneous of type of Music.

Currently trying to figure out why I can’t pay invoices generated by my Lightning node due to, according to the failed payment message, missing RouteHints in the invoice. Any ideas what my next step might be? Thanks. Right now I’m not super convinced I’d be safe funding channels on Umbrel node without significant risk to the Sats that I put up. I really want to get versed in this technology and get it dialed so I can help others set up their own lighting nodes. Hopefully hear back from question I posed on Umbrel Community. ✌🏽
