It has the stats of mostly used hashtags.
As for like minded people and content reach, the only way to do that is to engage with people. Majority of the app here on nostr do not have algo that push content for you, where content is deliver in chronological order (timestamp).
You have to do a lot of work scrolling to find the content that resonates with you. I suggest, first do the engagement before you can see traction with your content.
It is normal behaviour on here that even the 30k - 60k following do not have 3k comments. Sometimes it has 1-3 comments and zap.
#nostr thrive in zaps and engagement, finding people. Importantly, quantity mostly matters than quantity. It means giving your attention first before you can earn theirs.
