No modern study could be meaningful, its like checking sodium levels of ocean fish. Only very few adults will have low ALA levels, ones that intentionally avoid it. Its in every nut and seed, including soy, canola, corn, peanut, safflower and low-oleic sunflower. This is what the keto movement is really about, avoiding ALA.
