umprocessed foods as much as possible (even home grown if available),

locally sourced if possible,

variety of veggies, fruit, complex carbs and fiber sources and also different protein sources.

Natural fat sources like fish, avocado, flax seeds, chia seeds, nuts, red meat, eggs etc.

Organic over non organic.

Thats basically my own guideline 🙏🏼

Doesnt mean that right or wrong, just what i like 😊

That is great! I am just looking for like-minded folks, to share some ideas, or just discuss on the rabbithole of healthy eating.
