One of todays afternoon activities:
Applying natural grease (made of sheep tallow and cod liver oil) to my leather shoes i wore all summer (almost everyday).
Well made leather shoes are unbeatable when it comes to durability and comfort if you care for them!
The look of these needs some getting used to for some people, due to the wide toebox and flat soles, but this is actually how the human foot is shaped naturally and great for strengthening / conditioning the bones, muscles and fascia in your feet ππΌ
