I keep hearing how hard plum trees are - pests, etc. but this tree looks like it's thriving.
That's odd, I'm in BC and they seem to thrive here. We have wild ones that are much smaller, and my kids love them. This one is an Italian if I recall.

This scene is so beautiful, filled with the gifts of nature! Every time I see this kind of view, I feel an urge to immediately buy a boat and enjoy similar moments on the water. I too love the water. I bought by daughter a paddle board, a lot less overhead. And now and then I get to use it to enjoy the lakes or sea we live with.
