Butter vinegar jelly.

Does not split.

recipe:

300g vinegar any flavour

150g butter

2g Agar

2 leaves (4g) gelatine

salt

Cook vinegar, butter, agar, salt to a sirup consistency add the water soaked gelatine,

pour on a tray, chill, cut, reheat.
