Helps a lot even if you already have something! And no downside to taking it or taking it to often
Update: I am over a week into a cold that was getting worse each day. I took a dose last night and still had a heavy cough in the morning. Took another dose and had a noticeable improvement. I feel like a couple more and this cold will be behind me. Incredible.
I typically end ip taking it for 4-5 days if I’ve got something…. Don’t think I’ve ever needed to take it longer 🤷♂️
