As a men I got jobs for 4 times the average they pay just showing up with a nice suit and good manners. The bullshit that people can do what they want with clothes and piercing and tattoos is just nonsense. On the other side they already decide who you are in the first 30 seconds and they won't change idea easily. That is the rule. Use it
When you have skills in high demand, you can have far more than "25% more". You can also have more freedom, power, fulfillment of purpose, advancement, and opportunity. Of course, putting on makeup to get there might be easier. 🤷🏻♂️
