I hope to get a quote from a development company tomorrow. Let them develop a prototype for me and maintain it for a bit while I:

- test it extensively

- get some users

- ask for their feedback

- show it to potential partners

If all that works out well, then I’ll bring it in-house. This seems like the fastest route if I don’t want to lose time.
