So my dad had a quadruple bypass on his heart several years ago and the doctors wanted to pump him with all these medications. Instead, he switched to an all plant based diet and has never felt more incredible. He has achieved the same results as many of my Friends that are all beef. He has significantly gained muscle mass and has been able to do things physically that he hasn’t been able to do in years.
Is one better than the other? Does it depend on our ancestor body type? Thoughts? 🤔
Which plant diet? Sounds interesting…..
