You can definitely do that, but the power disparities will be tremendous.

Having access to AI will have the same impact on your ability to progress as having access to the Internet today.

I can't see it being much use beyond a personal assistant that's mostly just a voice to text or text to voice engine. 100% nothing I want listening in 24/7. I'm very OK with being a luddite. 😁
